BIG DAY OUT – SUNDAY 6TH DECEMBER!

If you’re into cars, bikes, swap meets and a whole lot more, then get this one in your calendars!

I caught up with Troy from @completehealthgeelong to chat about what’s happening, and bloody hell, there’s plenty going on!

Here’s just some of what’s on offer:

Cars on display.

Real race buggies on display!

Bike show.

A massive swap meet featuring 80 STALLS!

I’ll be doing a talk on men’s mental health and what we’re trying to achieve.

@jacob_little111 will also be coming down to share a few words.

Dennis from @runthatrehab will be floating around, shaking hands and kissing babies!

There’s something for everyone, whether you’re into cars, bikes, motorsport, shopping for a bargain or just getting out and enjoying a great day with the community.

WHERE: Beckley Park

WHEN: Sunday, 6th December

TIME: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM

So bring the family, grab your mates and come along for a fantastic morning.

A massive shout-out to Troy from Complete health Geelong and everyone involved in putting this together.

And for me, it’s another opportunity to get out there, have a chat, raise awareness around men’s mental health and remind people that nobody needs to face their battles alone.

Spread the word, guys. Let’s make it a ripper!

NO ONE WALKS ALONE.
