We are excited to announce that Inspire Change Crew will be joining Head Space for Head Space Day!

This year's theme is " Do nothing" recognising that we make around 35,000 decisions every day and sometimes, especially for young people, life can feel overwhelming.

It's a day about slowing down, taking a break, connecting with others and reminding young people that it's okay to just be themselves without any pressure or expectations.

We will be bringing the crew along to connect with young people, share some laughs and support an important message around mental health and wellbeing.

Saturday 17th October 10am to 2pm at Hastings Skate Park

Come down, say hello, meet the crew and enjoy a relaxed day with the community.

Because sometimes doing nothing is exactly what we need.
