What’s On at Queensland Raceway

Last weekend was another big one. QRDC Round 4 put on a great show. If you missed it, the full replay is on the Queensland Raceway YouTube channel — thanks to BlendLine TV for covering it.

This week on track

Monday — Porsche Australia Track Experience

Tuesday — Driving Events with open pitlane for tin-tops and open-wheelers

Wednesday — The Drive Team during the day

At night: QR Drift Playtime on the DTC, plus small-wheel bikes on the main track

Thursday — QR General Practice for street and race cars

Then the headline event: Spring Drift Matsuri, 2–4 October

Australia’s biggest drift festival is back at Queensland Raceway. Expect two-plus days of non-stop sideways action across four layouts — the main circuit, wet skidpan and the Drift Playground — with tandem runs, drift trains and heaps of track time.

There’s a huge mix of local talent and international drivers, including big names from the Formula Drift scene. Add fireworks (including drift cars running with fireworks on them), DJs, trade stands, kids’ rides and a proper festival atmosphere from Friday through Sunday.

Two cars are being given away over the weekend. Camping is available on site, so you can stay the whole weekend and make the most of it.
