FIELD NOTES. ABBOTSFORD, N.021

Question: what are we building?

Finding: a room you can walk into alone and still belong in.

@icecream.sundays has always had one purpose. A home for creators from all walks of life. Somewhere to network, showcase, and meet people building towards something.

Observation: hip-hop is the root. The music, the culture, it’s always been part of us. But we never wanted another club night. We wanted something different.

Many flavours. One home. And a side of Melbourne that doesn’t always get the respect it deserves.

Good places keep you grounded. That’s why we’re at @bodriggybrewpub this Thursday.

Thu 24 Sept. 4pm to 1am. Bodriggy, Abbotsford.

Come through solo. Leave knowing somebody.
