Tim Stewart is hopeful that recent changes to ‘The Stang’ will yield results at the Mildura City Council Sunset Nationals.

"I am looking forward to the Sunset Nationals for our first road trip of the season and catching up with fellow racers. It is always a great weekend away racing at the Sunset Strip – the crew there are always welcoming and are constantly improving their great facility.

"We have been chasing a drive issue in our Lenco transmission for quite some time. We have replaced the pump plate and have been adjusting the converter since, so hopefully we will have more drive at the end.

"I have had great support through it all from Peter Klittoris at SDE Converters and Arthur Tzialis at Atenco.

"At the start of a new season you are always optimistic, and we will be attempting to get off to a good start. However it turns out, we will dial it in, aim to be consistent, and go rounds."
