MEMBERS - ELKC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Eastern Lions Kart Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held as follows:

Date: Thursday, 1 October 2026

Time: 7:30 pm

Venue: Greensborough RSL, 111 Main Street, Greensborough

The Club's General Meeting will commence immediately following the conclusion of the AGM.

AGM documentation has been forwarded to all registered member email accounts, including:

• Notice of Annual General Meeting and 2026 Annual General Meeting Agenda

• Minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting

• General Nomination Form

• Proxy Form

• Committee and Sub-Committee Position Descriptions

• Minutes of General Meeting held 6/8/26

Important dates and information:

• General Nomination Forms must be lodged on or before 17 September 2026.

• Life Membership Nominations must be lodged on or before 17 September 2026 and must include a supporting referral letter.

• Proxy Forms must be lodged at least 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the Annual General Meeting.

• Nominations for Sub-Committee positions will be accepted from the floor at the Annual General Meeting.

We warmly encourage members to consider becoming involved with one of the Club’s sub-committees. It would be great to see some new members get involved and bring fresh ideas, perspectives, and enthusiasm to the Club.
