SEDL EARTHMOVING THUNDER ON THE DOWNS

Hi-Tec Oils Toowoomba Speedway is proud to announce SEDL Earthmoving as the major naming rights sponsor of the iconic SEDL Earthmoving Thunder on the Downs Sprintcar series.

The partnership sees one of the region’s leading earthmoving and civil construction businesses align with one of of our biggest Sprintcar events, helping to continue the growth of the series and deliver four spectacular nights of racing to kick off the 2026/27 season.

Thunder on the Downs will feature four nights (18,19, 25 & 25 September) of Sprintcar action across the opening two weekends of the season, with each feature race paying $7,500 to win, attracting many of Australia’s best Sprintcar drivers to Hi-Tec Oils Toowoomba Speedway in the lead up to Novembers NuTrend Homes Australian Sprintcar Championship.
