Okay! We've had a few questions about what photographers and vendors should do to be able to attend our events. We have created two forms, one for the photographers and one for the vendors. This way we can keep track on whose coming as well as you guys (photographers and vendors) get to know the location. THESE EVENTS ARE FREE!! There is no cost to fill out these forms, these are just what we are putting in place until we can find alternatives so you don't have to keep filling out a form.

We have had a few questions come our way so I will try my best to answer them all.

Do we have to refill the form?

Yes, at the moment for every event you will need to refill the form, every event will have its own form and as we have a meet coming up this Saturday we have created the form for this event and we will invite those who have applied. As said before we are trying to figure out a way to create a private channel for photographers who want to be notified and come to our events without having to refill a form. Also doing it this way will allow everyone a chance to come to our night meets.

What if I live far away and don't know the location until I apply?

We have also thought of this, this is currently something we are still deciding on whether we will say its down north or south but again this Is a private event and we want to keep things strictly private, we know if people drive past they will see us and join in and that's something we can't control but we can control what's happening and whose coming. The hard truth is if you want to come to these events then you either make the drive or don't. We can't cater to everyone's needs and wants on location and what to do if I don't know the location until I'm invited and then it's too far. We are small and trying our best and us three admins are doing the most to cater to the scene while still going down the path we want to go.
